Independence Acres Wins VisiSonics "Power of 3D Audio" Contest
We are proud to finally announce that Davoo's game, Independence Acres, has been awarded the grand prize in the VisiSonics "Power of 3D Audio" contest!
In Independence Acres, you play a farmer who is fed up with drones harassing you on your farm, so you climb the water tower and blast them from the sky. The game utilizes realistic head-related transfer function (HRTF) audio to help the player quickly localize the drones in virtual space and shoot them, basically like robot skeet shooting!
